state isn’t going to be doing that. And if they back their way into a CUSA title with a 9-4 record they won’t deserve a shot unless they also happen to be a highly ranked team.
Add in NIL, tv deals, etc it’s barely even the same sport.
No unranked teams belong in the playoff regardless of conference full stop. It’s wild that anyone would advocate for that.
