There are some real unknowns in terms of the effectiveness and potential developmental impacts. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, just that there is uncertainty. That said, after trying many things we finally caved on medication and it definitely seems to help. I do think you have to do a lot of trial and error to figure out the best medication and dosage. So be prepared for that if you choose the medication option
