you said in the OP that you do every day - including other stuff like play with your kids, and do school pick ups and drop offs.

In a later response, you seemed to suggest that your only personal time in the day was a 45 second diaper change, and I'd challenge that. It's a lot more than 45 seconds a few times a day.

But again, if your employer is fine with it, then that's great. If your employer knows what it's getting for its money, then wonderful. Sounds like a mutually beneficial exchange.
