My job just started requiring us to come into the office every other week…

It was only 1 week per month before that (which I thought was great). I commute by train and on the days I have to go into the office it adds around 3 hours to my day and I hate it. Working from home is amazing and I would absolutely take lower pay to guarantee a 75% or higher WFH schedule. Life is just better on the weeks I WFH… the 50/50 is going to be huge adjustment
