The push to go back to the office is because you are doing everything else during your work hours but working and you are being paid to be working.

This is why the way it was done was for women to do all that and stay at home while you were away all day working.

If you are not working and she is not working, no one is working.

I am glad you are able to be with your children and that is wonderful, but you are not being as productive because to your point if you are than you weren't productive in the office either. You're just not a very productive worker.
