The dog used to scare my kids every day as they walked to school, and one day it finally broke out of its invisible fence and bit me (luckily not one of my kids - who knows what it might have done to a child). I threatened the owner that I would have his dog put down if it ever barked at my kids again. His wife wanted him to get rid of it, but he refused. We eventually moved away.

The wife divorced him and he now lives alone with his pitbull in a shabby house with an overgrown yard that single-handedly drives down his neighbors' property values. SMH.
