Players who stay on teams who never play don't get downgraded and if they had a great recruiting rating out of HS still positively affect the overall recruiting ranking of their school. So this only hurts transfers.

I honestly don't care what the transfers are rated at, but 247 lost ALL credibility when they rated high 5 star recruits
