couple of years. In just the past few months he just jumped from our remote team to another job making $60k more. So it's funny listening to old timers saying that "Your career is going to get screwed from WFH" when in reality for a lot of people that really isn't the case.
Granted I work in IT so maybe they are excluding WFH from their criticism? IDK. But it's pretty laughable hearing all this baloney about WFH.
It seems to me more like sour grapes from a lot of people more than anything.
