In my experience elbows can be an overuse thing and then I get it when I do exaggerated ROM like on curls and stuff
Shoulders there’s a million possibilities. There are certain exercises that I think it’s better to just opt out of if you get shoulder pain. Dips, tricep kick backs, sometimes certain variations of presses depending on who you are, pec flies.

Shoulder problems can also come from imbalances. Make sure you’re getting enough rear delt to balance out the front delt work that’s inherent to presses
