Do you think it was wrong for Pres Nelson to spend so many hours away from his family? He has 10 kids and was
very busy. He doesn't seem to regret his choices and I certainly don't regret the hours I invested in my career development. That investment has paid off.
For me, I wouldn't have accepted a job that didn't allow for me to work more than 40/week when I was in my 20's. Others don't have that option, but I was fortunate enough to find the job I wanted.

I think the example of a doctor is worth considering. Early in their career they make huge sacrifices of time
