I would guess it is about how Cyclists should know they are in the wrong?

Again that is your personal opinion which thanks to the country we live in you are entitled too.

Problem is society, the law makers, etc. has determined that cyclists can and should use the roads in certain instances.

You can beat your drum as much and as long as you want and it won’t change the facts that cyclists are part the road users.

Another example is those that drive in the left passing lane going 5-10 under the speed limit. They are in my mind more of an issue than cyclists on the road.

I have cycled on the road before, not currently but hopefully again.

I hope I never come across some idiot like yourself who thinks it is ok for some driver to injure or kill someone on a bike, because they don’t think they should be on the road.
