Yes some cyclists are ignorant and don't follow laws...
But I'd say 80% do and these ones are following the law. As someone who rides his bike a lot on road this post is part of the problem. Bikes have every right to be on road. A few extra minutes isn't going to hurt said driver. It is an annoyance but hitting a biker is a bigger annoyance. Each biker is someone Dad, Son, Brother, etc.. take some extra time, and show a little more kindness.

If they can go as fast as the speed limit and they’re willing to obey traffic laws, I’m fine with them sharing the road.

At least they weren’t riding side by side and talking. I really hate that. Cyclists are so oblivious to cars sometimes.
