I think this is likely the biggest problem. If the recruiting sites were more

reliable, and didn't base stars so much on what school they choose, then it wouldn't be as big a problem. But it is a bit of circular reasoning right now. "Oh, your going to texas who has a good FPI, you must be a 5 star recruit. Oh texas has a 5 star recruit, ramp up their FPI."
