Why is that a low bar? 2 of the teams I mentioned made the playoffs and another
Had the heisman trophy winner and the top QB in the NCAA. Who cares about the name of the team if they are garbage? It doesn’t mean anything to beat a name brand team if they are terrible, but it is meaningful to beat teams that are really good at football and win a lot of games.
Was it a signature win to beat Florida State this year? They are a name brand team but were terrible at football. Everyone that played them this year beat them. Do they all get “signature wins”?
