Texas is better than every Big 12 team this year. So is UGA. The SEC is stronger than the Big 12 this year, particularly at the top, which is where the CFP operates.

And in general, Texas is a more successful program than what is left in the Big 12. So is OU.

Neither of these points should be controversial in the slightest.
