Spent no time in TX but had BBQ in AL & GA plenty. Realize TX is different. Honestly neither of those meats today were
at all dry. I’m fine to use the BBQ snobbery as an excuse to try other places. Just so amazed at reactions. You’d think we were on a wine tasting tour in Tuscany. How dare anyone enjoy anything but the very best. Maybe I should have spit it out. 😂

The student is wrong and gives dubious recommendations. There are literally more than 100 places here with better BBQ
