Don’t usually post food photos but this BBQ in Austin area was really good. It’s at Salt Lick BBQ in Round Rock.
This was brisket & pulled pork with sides of potatoes, coleslaw & beans.

I hate to be that guy but that brisket looks very dry and not very good. There are some great places in Austin

Spent no time in TX but had BBQ in AL & GA plenty. Realize TX is different. Honestly neither of those meats today were

The student is wrong and gives dubious recommendations. There are literally more than 100 places here with better BBQ
