Yeah, kind of dry meat too. The fact that we're all saying this about Salt Lick
demonstrates how truly amazing texas bbq is to have so many other better places. Because Salt Lick is still really good. We just have nothing that really compares in Utah to what those Texans pull out!

Spent no time in TX but had BBQ in AL & GA plenty. Realize TX is different. Honestly neither of those meats today were

The student is wrong and gives dubious recommendations. There are literally more than 100 places here with better BBQ
