100% this! People being "polite" to let others go when they don't have the right

of way disrupt the flow of traffic and actually make situations more dangerous. The rules are there to create a predictable driving pattern. When people start going "off script", even to be nice, it can make things more dangerous. Sometimes being helpful is not really helping.
