I know the company I work for is the exception that proves the rule, but the founders and current partners are loyal to their employees, almost to a fault. Been here since graduation out of BYU in '09 and planning on going 'full Stockton' if I can. Pay and benefits have been ridiculously better than I could have hoped and it's stable as heck. Why leave?
