It was risky. It was also the single best decision I’ve ever made, as far as my career goes (although it was also wonderful for my family). I can’t imagine the regret I would feel now if I had allowed fear to stop me.

I will say: I can’t reasonably guarantee that outcome for everyone. I’m sure the reverse has happened. But we thought through all the options and factors we could, then turned to prayer for confirmation. The Lord confirmed to me and my wife we were making the right move. After that, we put all doubts aside and never looked back.
