I’ve been through a few job changes in the past couple of years. I’m in my middle age and have a family. It has been stressful and difficult, but it has also been good financially, good for me professionally, and has broadened me and my network considerably. When I made the first change I did not anticipate the subsequent changes but here I am. Would do it the same over again.
