None at all. Companies have no loyalty to you. Moving allows you to expand your
Network and future opportunities. You get to solve new challenging problems and learn a new environment. You typically get a pay bump which is great too.
It may depend on the industry your in a bit, but I'm in tech and people move around constantly. I worked for 3 very large and known to everyone companies in 3 years time. No regrets.
