I had gotten to the point of no growth and mountains of stress with no return or light at the end of the tunnel. Even with all of that it's a little scary leaving the only thing I've known. My new role is a lot more responsibility and tons of growth opportunities. Even with the bit of unknown I think it's finally the right time to move.
