I’ve changed jobs 3 times in 16 years
Each time brought me a change in teams and culture, but was ultimately good for me and my family. I’d consider another job change if the right opportunity came along. I’ve taken significant steps forward in my career my changing jobs and developing new skills. It’s always a bit nerve wracking to leave somewhere that you have a good reputation and are respected. Frankly though, sticking at the same job too long likely means you are underpaid relative to what you could be making.

It needs to be a good role where you can be successful, but if someone’s been at their job more than 5-7 years, they should be looking at what’s out there because it’s likely they have peaked out in learning, growth, and salary. There’s definitely exceptions, but don’t be nervous.
