My nephew is moving from California to Provo. His mom asks what the heck is

going on with Provo? She says the rental prices in Provo are the same as where she is in California. And of course, we don't have the offsetting California salaries.

I have several kids renting in the Provo area and feel bad for the high rates they have to pay.
