My sister and my kid are both thrifty and can't afford a house.

I've sat down with them and looked over the options and in both cases the housing market is just crazy now. It's not even like it was 5 years ago, which was also crazy.

They don't do vacations, they don't do expensive cars, it's just unaffordable.
