It absolutely is. Amazon knows it is overpaying and everyone else knows the PAC will not attract any eyeballs.
Oregon is the only "national" brand in the conference and with how pitiful the PAC has been over the past few years (no CFP), you are just getting a lifeline that may extend your life another year or two.
Moving to Amazon in the short term is great financially, but will kill the PAC in the mid-term.
