It's bad long term for PAC, but Oregon and Washington want B1G and $$$...

If the B1G isn't coming this cycle, they can still get more money by cutting SDSU and SMU's distributions and giving it to the rest of the PAC. A fake increase of sorts and would hurt the next media cycle when they would presumably be at 100%.

At that time, Oregon and Washington would have the ability to get out if they want. B1G or Big 12.
