Cougar fans are about as loud as any group that size of sober people can be.
The difference at most stadiums is intoxication, even at RES, I know, I know, they don't sell booze. Everyone there gets drunk on Sacrament cup jello shots while tailgating. They are three sheets to the wind before they even enter the stadium.
