I missed that quote from the article. He should have said "alleged" Utah fan.
But again, I really don't see why Utah fans are so outraged about this. So what if it was a Utah fan? Geez, if an Alabama fan got a star Auburn player suspended the week before the game, Crimson Tide fans would throw a parade for the guy.
