No, not “a lot more.” The whole second paragraph was government stuff.
The first paragraph sounds like a lot of “the grass must be greener” cope. Further down, it’s clear his complaints about “culture” are about government like “woke schools,” which I suspect aren’t much better in Portugal.
Maybe it’s much easier to start a business in the 39th and 70th ranked countries in the Ease of Doing Business Index than the 6th. But color me skeptical.
