US healthcare is the worst of both worlds.

The massive overregulation and cost overruns and wait times and bureaucracy of socialized medicine, combined with the huge out of pockets and corporate greed of capitalism.

Genuine private healthcare would be vastly superior, but its hard to say that what we have now is a lot better than socialized medicine.
