I don't understand your point. Are you implying the dad called without his son's permission? That didn't happen. The dad
made the call on behalf of his son. It was Sunday. They needed to lawyer up. Dad calls because it's unwise to have your 18 year old son speak with the police without a lawyer present. They all met with police on Monday.
