We have a few 2K GMs on here who don't contemplate fit in the system or culture

And just want everyone with the highest "rating" for sure.

I actually have been really impressed with KY so far as he seems to understand how important both aspects (yes, sometimes even coaches make mistakes here-- look at Kansas's roster if you don't believe me).
