So this is obviously true, but if you are trying to recruit the best players pitching them on getting some

minutes is likely not getting it done.

For a guy like Stewart then by all means yes. Even Boskovic who as far as I know didn't have any other options. But if you are a player with options why would you go to a team that can promise you the chance to earn minutes if another team promised you more?
