I 100% believe Urban Meyer is a micromanager... But Kalani is 100% not a micromanager at all. You're telling me that the guy who brags about forming leadership groups among the players and allows the players to make decisions for the team is micromanaging his assistant coaches? I'm sure if Kalani gets film of a recruit across his desk, he immediately sends that to his staff... the ONLY time Kalani gets involved is if he is asked to be involved by his assistants. Because based on evidence, he's anything but a micromanager.
