ARod is the OC and pseudo QB coach... his responsibility is recruiting QB's

Kalani as a whole is responsible for recruiting for the entire team, but each position coach is primarily responsible for their own position. ARod owns the lack of QB recruiting, it's Kalani's fault for not replacing ARod and getting a coach in that can recruit for that position.
