If an assistant coach is failing in his recruiting duties... than Kalani takes the heat for keeping that assistant coach
This is simple management 101. I manage a team of 7 individuals right now, I'm not doing THEIR work but if they are failing and I don't do my job to help them succeed or in the end, replace them... then of course I'm ultimately at fault. If Kalani has to hold ARod's hand 24/7 in recruiting... than ARod is not the man.
So Kalani's at fault for not giving ARod what he needs or not replacing ARod.
