But Its also agreed upon the the job I am performing was written out and agreed
upon at hiring. If the additional work being given is still within range of my written job description, then yes, I agree.
However, if additional work is given beyond what is written in my job description as a result of my efficiency, then an adjustment to the job description and compensation should be in discussion. Especially if there are multiple people with the same or similar job description as me.
