Salaried employees are not supposed to only work 30 hours a week. This isn't France.

If you are are only working 30 hours per week, you are robbing your employer who contracted you for 40+ to be on salary.

All your benefits, everything the employer does for you is based on a contracted 40+ per week expectation.
