I agree with a good part of your post however, one glaring thing we have to..
acknowledge is that Hill joined a P4 team with B12 brand and money. That’s a massive massive game changer that absolutely helped his cause.
Many things can be true though for Arod: he has done more, considerably more, with less, AND he has struggled to get high level recruits AND he has called some amazing games AND he has made some head scratching calls
