there are moments where fans think "that the???", though in fairness we don't know everything behind the playcall and perhaps it was the right call and either the defense blew it up or the players simply failed to execute. Sometimes that later reason is clearly the case.

My biggest gripes are that the offense seems to have the same issues as time goes on. Lack of focus (procedure penalties; coming out flat after beating Utah; receivers not holding on to balls; QB being staring down a receiver or being wildly inaccurate on yet another pass that leads to or should lead to an INT; etc). Lack of having guys up to the level of what he needs to execute his system (to the point of das countach). And a seeming lack of flow to his playcalling. Run, run, run, goal line RPO. What?
