I wasn't talking about leadership. I was responding to the comment
"Jake is good between the 20’s but not good inside the 20’s because that’s where teams tend to bring pressure the most."

And it's not an inaccurate comparison, esp if you compare stats from both of their second full years. Jake hasn't hit a level Feterik never hit. In fact, I'd submit that based on statistics and situations, Feterik is probably one of the best BYU QBs historically to compare Jake to when comparing passing results. I'll gladly admit that Jake is more of a threat with his feet as well; but Feterik had a half dozen fewer TOs - in 2 more games.

Almost identical in a per game comparison WRT yards, TDs, ints, YPA, etc. And schedules were pretty comparable; BYU faced 4 ranked opponents in 1998. Feterik was king of moving the ball between the 20s; the past month plus the BYU O has been eerily similar. As the season has progressed, BYU's red zone success has tanked, in large part because defenses have done exactly what icecougar said - they have learned that Jake doesn't handle pressure well.
