Didn't you hear Orso? He has no employees and is not an employee. People hire him to do jobs and they pay him a set amount to do it. Greedy would be if he took on lots and lots more jobs so he could earn more. He does just the opposite. He works fewer hours and makes less money so he can travel and post on CB.

If you're looking to shame employees who don't work a lot, he's the wrong guy. He's a contractor. It's like telling your drywall guy that he's greedy when he takes three days to finish the job that you think could have been done in two if he'd only busted his tail into the evening, but he still charges you the agreed-upon price, so it doesn't matter to you.
