the greedy ones... even though they know they've been paid to work while they're at work... they've somehow justified in their minds that they don't really have to work the full time while they're at work.

This isn't the normal case amongst employees... but it's all too common.

They've convinced themselves that because the founder/shareholders of the company are wealthy (or will be wealthy) that somehow the founder/shareholders are the greedy ones. Yet they ignore their own greed and justify not working an honest day's labor.
