Nobody ever questions when I complete my work or how long it takes.
But your argument seems ridiculous to me, that an employer has the right to load however much work they want on an employee, however many hours they demand, and the employee should just be happy and do it. And if they're efficient and get their work done early, great, let them do more, uncompensated. Is that what you're arguing? What am I missing here? Why does this only go in one direction?
