I think that's what I meant in part by adding the river run - the key is that

Riding up the river is a seamless, relaxing way to get a feel for the city and see it without honking horns and sirens and lights.

I strongly advise against rushing between locations inside the city tho if you've only got a day.

For my sensibilities that just ends up being chaos that isn't enjoyable.
