We were there over spring break, a few things
*Spending money on a Broadway show is worth it
*We loved Liberty Bagels
*Rented bikes and riding across Brooklyn bridge and getting lunch in Dumbo was great
*Nolita's in Little Italy was great. Close"ish" to the 9/11 Memorial
*Yankees game was more affordable than I would've thought
*Riding the tram across to Roosevelt Island is a cheap way to see ariel views of the city
*Top of the Rock gives you better views than the Empire State Building (plus you get to see the Empire State building the skyline)

Get passes for the Hop On Hop Off bus tour. It'll take you all around the city and you can get off as long as you want
