teach med students and then have them go work with private preceptors for their rotations. This is fine for med students. But establishing residency programs is a whole other undertaking and would be a huge uphill battle. Will probably have to be a slow process. Could start with things like FM and IM and eventually branch out from there. Will take many many years.
